5.66 Percent of Eligible Mods Go Permanent


The chart below shows the January stats for the HAMP.  Click on the graphic to see a larger picture.

GMAC Leads the Pack

GMAC Mortgage, Inc leads the servicers with a stellar (compared to everyone else) rate of 19.54% of their eligible homeowners either being in a permanent modification or pending a permanent mod.

Wachovia In Last Place

Wachovia Mortgage, FSB is in last place (except for Franklin Credit that doesn’t have ANY permanent mods).  Wachovia had a paltry 1.39% of their eligible loans in permanent or pending permanent modification.

Industry Average is 5.66%
