Now they told me we get $5,000 short in scrow and want to increase my payments from $3,200 to 3,700, we can not afford this payment. I need help badly, could you please tell me what can I do?. We will be behind the payments again. He is either using the wrong words or you have a lien you are unaware of! If you have no real property you will have a collection account or a judgment! There are other ways to get you to pay so just get more information and hopefully you can find a win-win solution! How can I get this guy off my back and quit using a word like "Forclosure" since I don't have any "Real Property" and have no coladeral used on the last loan 2 years ago?
